We'll take to the sea to experience the activity first-hand at the fishing grounds near Estepona and watch how the fishermen do it. A pro fisher will take us in hand to show us her traditions and cultural heritage.

Upon our return, we'll watch the fishing boats arrive with their daily catch and make a visit to the Estepona Fishing Port.

We'll enjoy the dynamics of selling fish at the Lonja, we'll learn the types of fish and seafood found on our coast; what the minimum sizes are of fish we usually eat and the importance of km 0 consumption.

At our Workshop of Freshness and Quality of fish, you'll learn about their taste and texture, and the best tips on how to recognize a fresh, wild fish.
